*To keep your electric costs down turn off lights when not in use and change the a/c filters MONTHLY! *Change the batteries in the smoke detectors- DO NOT just take them down.This is dangerous. *Keep your property weed free.Remember- The HOA is watching you! *Remember the 3 P’s- pee, poo, and paper! NOTHING else goes in the toilet or it is YOUR BILL! *Listen for running toilets- call us when this happens, it saves your water bill and/or ours!
